Position Title: Clinical Supervisor

BCaBA Salary Range: $62,250 – $80,846 commensurate with experience

BCBA Salary Range:$82,450 – $102,820 commensurate with experience

Qualifications (Minimum): BCBA or BCaBA and LBA/LABA Licensed by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine

  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments (in our center, home, school, and/or community)
  • Developing Individualized Behavior-Change Programs with client-specific goals and outcome measurements
