As the IT Due Diligence Consultant and Lead for our major Private Equity partner, you will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for managing IT due diligence projects, ensuring effective communication with C-suite executives and private equity stakeholders, and delivering comprehensive due diligence reports. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in IT due diligence consulting within the private equity sector, working with C-suite executives and private equity partners.
