Overview

The Manager for Organizational Change Management (OCM), Transformation for PepsiCo is a multi-faceted role with a unique balance of project transformation and user-centric change management responsibilities. We are looking for an experienced professional with a track record of working on change and transformation projects to join our team. In this role, you will act as an ambassador for a major multi-year systems implementation initiative, understanding cultural sensitivities and ways of working to deliver content to strengthen employee understanding, build awareness and drive commitment from all stakeholders. Familiarity with system implementations is preferred. Organizational Change Management – Transformation Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Uses change management methodology and expertise to create and deliver user-centric OCM plans, including stakeholder analysis, communications & engagement planning, and metric-based business readiness activities
  • Plays active part in enabling team to successfully deliver and embed change across the project in assigned area of responsibility, understanding changes for impacted stakeholders across processes, tools and systems resulting from the initiative Organizational Change Management – Transformation Manager (Remote)
  • Applies project management skills for accurate tracking of OCM tasks, deliverables, key dates and milestones
  • Determines appropriate communication and engagement channels for impacted employee groups, organizing appropriate information, creating and delivering content, and partnering across the project to drive and track adoption across the business
  • Gathers feedback from relevant project owners and stakeholders to develop and adjust plans, as needed
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in the organization
  • Supports OCM activities in addition to change readiness, including communications and training
  • Actively promotes the project and acts as a change champion

  • Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders; experience working with senior management to deliver Organizational Change Management)
  • Familiarity with Software Implementations (SAP Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills
  • Preference for system implementation experience and/or agile software development and deployment

Compensation and Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 – $165,150
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out Annually. Organizational Change Management – Transformation Manager (Remote)
