Description
The iRecon Payments Platform team is looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer with background in building distributed, high volume, scalable, and fault tolerant systems. We seek a self-starter with strong analytical and leadership capabilities to lead and design next-generation payments platform that would shape the way we process transactional data at scale with full observability and enable Generative AI-assisted workflows to help improve users’ productivity and efficiency. The role requires candidate to embrace complex software product architecture to engineer and support a continuous stream of financial data to ensure accurate invoicing, disbursements, receipts, and payments. Great communication, building business relationships, and thriving in fast pace are necessary for this role.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering full stack.
- 4+ years experience in Java core and Spring Boot framework with hands on experience in designing and developing Microservices, REST API, and Java backend services.
- Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or Equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Transformer architecture and Generative AI concepts.
- Strong knowledge and experience in prompt engineering, full instruct, and PEFT such as LoRA/QLoRA trainings on LLM.
- Hands on experience with building and extending RAG, multi-agents framework such as Langchain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen is a plus.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as Pytorch or Tensorflow and Python data science modules.
- In-depth experience with distributed systems and high volume transactional systems.
- Experience with cloud provider services such as AWS, GCP, Azure.
- Experience designing and building distributed systems including scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Hands on experience in UI/UX development and Javascript/React framework.
- Experience in SQL and NoSQL distributed databases such as Oracle and MongoDB.
- Experience in software development and architecture, object-oriented design, and data structures in Java.
